A word to those who have reached the level of being totally symptom free. I know the first inclination would be to quit gagging down all those herbs right away. :o)
Please read this first. Often if you quit the herbs as soon as you get symptom free, the deficiencies are on the edge and stress can take it back over to the deficiency side. Therefore, I suggest taking the herbs at full protocol level for 3 months after you are symptom free.
Then I would wean off the herbs by 1 capsule a day every 2 weeks, to help retrain your body to conserve the nutrients it was so freely getting before. Encouraging it to store the nutrients.
It seems like a pain, but far less people ever have to go back onto the herbs who do it that way.
