Inositol and B Vitamins a double edge sword

Many people who take Inositol and B Vitamins notice an improvement in their nerve’s health.  However, even more  people who symptoms has worsen and anxiety develop when they consume these same products.


Part of the problem is methylation and part of it is lacking fatty acids.   Some people after they build up their myelin and fatty acid reserve can take those  nutrients… Some people need to take the nutrients to help the body regulate methylation.


So although these nutrients are good for the nervous system, please keep in mind it can be a double edge sword.
